The open fire direct fired plastic machine is a form of rotational molding. A lot of nozzles of liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas are arranged under and at both ends of the mold with order. During production and processing, the nozzles are ignited and then the mold made by thin steel plate is heated by the flame.

Meanwhile, the frame carries the mold to swing up and down with 90 degrees and the mold itself makes 360 ° rotation. In this way, the raw materials in the mold melt under high temperature and then adhere to the whole cavity of mold gradually. The raw materials adhered to the mold cavity are formed into rotational molding products after the flame is closed and the mold is cooled.
